In most cases your parcel will be dispatched within 24 business hours of your payment being received and cleared, however, depending upon the delivery location please allow approximately 3 to 7 business days for your parcel to arrive. If by chance there is a delay in dispatching your parcel, we will contact you. If your location is in a remote area, the order is heavier than 25kg and/or its dimensions are over 50cm x 50cm x 50cm the freight charge that the system calculates would be voided and we will contact you to discussed the new freight cost or other delivery options. Pick up option is available at the checkout page.

You agree that your details, including your delivery address, phone number and email address, will be supplied to the delivery service for the purpose of delivering your goods. Please note that many items are not deliverable to a PO Box or apartment buildings.

In most cases your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post or a courier service, all our consignments are sent with authority to leave, meaning that if no one is at the premises at the time of delivery, you authorise the freight service to leave the parcel outside your front door. You may specify a safer place but it must be easily accessible to delivery person, this can be done at the checkout page in the notes section. If you would prefer us not to leave the item if no one is home, please send us an email to organise a registered post and you will need to absorb the extra cost. Your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours, and you will get an email or SMS with the tracking details.

Please note that whilst we take great care with packaging, Eastpoint Cleaning Supplies cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or discrepancies that occur during transit. If you would like us to send your order by registered post and insured, please contact our office to organise a quote.
