In most cases your parcel will be dispatched within 24 business hours of your payment being received and cleared, however, depending upon the delivery location and postage method selected, please allow approximately 3 to 7 business days for your parcel to arrive at an address within Australia. If by chance there is a delay in dispatching your parcel we will contact you.

Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post or via courier service. Where possible, we highly recommend you choose the Registered Post option when selecting your delivery method as East Point Cleaning Supplies cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or discrepancies that occur during transit. Using this method, your parcel will be delivered during normal business hours and, upon delivery, a signature will be required. If no-one is home at the time, a card will be left in your letterbox advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office.

Please note that you must thoroughly check your parcel for damage caused in transit PRIOR to signing for it. If the parcel is signed for and transit damage is evident, insurance is voided.
